DSH 1000 Table Top Pick & Place System

The DSH 1000 Table Top Pick & Place system can be configured for picking devices from a 4" or 6" wafer film frame and place into waffle/GEL packs or a tape and reel module. The system can be configured for picking from JEDEC trays to JEDEC trays. Test and inspection stations can be added as options. The gantry motion uses high speed linear motors closed loop to glass scale encoders for +/- 0.5 mil accuracy.


DSH 3000 Automatic Die Sort Handler

The DSH 3000 answers the requirement for a pick & place system with a high speed motorized motion and high accuracy placement to +/- 1.0 mil. All this at a lower cost and smaller footprint than production systems.

The DSH 5000 was designed to lead the industry in high accuracy production pick & place systems. The main pick & place movement uses a high speed closed loop linear servo motor for speed and accuracy. The basic accuracy of the movement is +/- 1.0 mil with the option of +/- 0.1 mil available. The output of the system is configured to the customer’s requirements. Custom trays, waffle/Gel packs, manual load or multiple cassette indexers, tape & reel indexers, flip chip, film frames, test and inspection stations, and combinations are all possible.


High Accuracy Die Attach System

For small volume die attach applications that require high accuracy in dispense and die attach placement. The placement accuracy of +/- 0.5 mil is assured due to the use of high accuracy linear glass scale encoders used throughout the system.


Die Stacking System

Based on the DSH 5000 Handler, the dual head and dual film frame input system stacks die 60 to 80 die high to within 10-micron accuracy. The system is capable of handling various die sizes and wafer thickness. Die as thin as 125 microns have been stacked into a fixture. The system also unstacks the die for an inspection operation before loading into a shipping media.
